Before using your Crystal Water Bottle and /or Crystal Water Mister for the first time, wash and dry all components. (Wash in boiling water.)
Wash after every use when using any liquid other than water to avoid any erosion of the stainless steel or crystal. Note that we do not recommend using any liquids such as cleaning products or oils as they can damage the properties of the crystal.
Do not put in the dishwasher, as this could scratch your Crystal Water Bottle and/ or Crystal Water Mister. Gently washing with a soft hand brush or microfibre cloth is recommended.
When cleaning the base of your products, pay attention to the correct installation of the silicone seal. If the installation method is not correct, it will leak water. Tip: press down on the silicone seal and run your finger, (or end of a spoon) around the ring to ensure it is securely installed. NOTE: silicone is high grade. Please watch THIS VIDEO on how to safely dis-assemble your Zendae Water Bottles and Misters, then correctly install the silicone seal.
When cleaning, preferably lay the crystal on a soft surface or a towel, not on a hard surface. The crystal pillar is fragile.
Food-grade stainless steel wire is used to fix the crystal, please do not shake the crystal frequently. This may cause friction between the crystal and the stainless steel wire resulting in damage.

PLEASE REMEMBER that even though your bottle is high quality borosilicate glass, it can still break and should be handled with care.
