Wash after every use when using any liquid other than water to avoid any erosion of the stainless steel or crystal. Note that we do not recommend using any liquids such as cleaning products or oils as they can damage the properties of the crystal. Do not put in the dishwasher, as this could scratch your Crystal Water Bottle and/ or Crystal Water Mister. Gently washing with a soft hand brush or microfibre cloth is recommended. When cleaning the base of your products, pay attention to the correct installation of the silicone seal. If the installation method is not correct, it will leak water. Tip: press down on the silicone seal and run your finger, (or end of a spoon) around the ring to ensure it is securely installed. NOTE: silicone is high grade.
